Child’s pose –
Lets you relax and breathe into your back; stretches the hips, thighs, and ankles; relieves back and neck pain.
Head up child’s pose –
Relives the body from fatigue.
Yoga baby pose –
helps with releasing stress and a good warm up approach.
Squat palm pose –
Helps test flexibility of a multitude of muscles and joints.
Tree pose –
Improves your balance; strengthens your thighs, calves, ankles, and spine.
