YOGA package

Welcome to the yoga package! Try to hold each pose for 10-12 breaths. A breath is defined as a deep inhale and deep exhalation.

Tree Pose –

Working on balance and posture.

Garland Pose –

Helps with stretching the ankles, hands, knees and back.

T Pose –

Helps with stretching the shoulders and relaxing.

Cat cow pose –

Helps with stretching the neck and torso.

Downward dog –

stretching your lower back muscles.

Corpse –

which relaxes the whole body and gives you space to absorb the benefits of the practice.

Child’s pose –

Lets you relax and breathe into your back; stretches the hips, thighs, and ankles; relieves back and neck pain.

Head up child’s pose –

Relives the body from fatigue.

Yoga baby pose –

helps with releasing stress and a good warm up approach.

Squat palm pose –

Helps test flexibility of a multitude of muscles and joints.

Tree pose –

Improves your balance; strengthens your thighs, calves, ankles, and spine.
